What are Instant eChecks?
Instant eChecks is an electronic funds transfer (EFT) that works like a paper check. You can use it to deposit and withdraw funds to and from your account with us.
We don't charge you any fees for using this method.
How can I deposit using Instant eChecks?
To deposit using Instant eChecks, follow these steps:
- Go to the 'Cashier'. If you're on our website or using our mobile app:

- Under the 'Deposit' tab, select 'Instant eChecks'.
- Select your preferred currency (if applicable).
- Select one of the suggested deposit amounts or enter a different one in the 'Other' field.
- Enter your 'Deposit Bonus' code (if available).
- Select the 'Deposit' button.
- Enter the required banking details and select the green arrow to proceed.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your transaction.
If your account is in good standing, we'll credit the requested amount right away. The bank will debit your funds from your account within 7 days from the date of your request. Until that debit occurs, you won't be able to withdraw or transfer those funds.
How can I withdraw funds using Instant eChecks?
To see the eCheck's option in the 'Cashier,' you'll need to have deposited with eChecks at least once within the last 12 months.
To request a withdrawal, follow these steps:
- Go to the 'Cashier'. If you're on our website or using our mobile app:

- Enter your withdrawal amount and select the 'Withdraw' button.
- In the next screen, you'll see if you have any pending automatic withdrawals. You'll also see the payment methods available to withdraw any remaining amount.
- If there are no pending automatic withdrawals, select 'Instant eChecks' from the available options.
- If you used this method in the last 12 months, you'll see your banking details pre-populated. If not, enter the requested details.
- Confirm all details are correct to avoid any delays or return fees.
- Submit your request.
We’ll process your request within 72 hours. Once processed, the funds will reach your bank account within 10 business days.
What should I do if I need to update my bank details?
If you need to update your bank details, contact us via our software, mobile app, or website, and we'll give you more instructions.
